Daniel Ramos

Chief Scientific Officer at Coty Inc

Daniel Ramos is Coty’s Chief Scientific Officer, and a member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for research and development, global regulatory activities, global product stewardship, trends & innovation and consumer affairs. Daniel has over 20 years of successful international consumer goods R&D experience, and a strong track record of driving growth through consumer-led innovations and building organizational capacity and capability. His experience in the consumer goods industry spans the health, beauty & grooming, fragrance and cosmetics categories. Daniel began his career at P&G, spending 11 years in increasingly senior roles in Venezuela the U.S. and Japan. He then joined RB plc where he served as Vice President R&D Health Care and a part of the R&D global leadership team, where he was responsible for managing a business across seven categories. He joins Coty from Revlon where he served as Chief Science Officer and EVP of R&D. Daniel is located in Coty’s R&D center of global excellence in Morris Plains, New Jersey.
