Paulo Cezar Ribeiro da Cunha

Paulo Cezar Ribeiro da Cunha is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) architecture and management. Currently serving as a Senior PKI Architect at both the Council of the European Union and Sopra Steria since January 2024, Paulo contributes to enhancing security across Europe. Previously, as IT Director at DigitalSign from June 2018 to November 2022, Paulo oversaw the issuance of digital certificates and played a crucial role in technological advancements. Experience at Imprensa Oficial included supervising new technology projects and launching a digital certificates sales portal. As a Co-Founder of SMTP2u.com, Paulo developed a cloud-based messaging service for Brazilian schools. Other notable roles include IT Manager and Chief Development Officer at Imprensa Oficial do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, where significant procedural improvements were made to public administration publications.
