Corey Jacobson

Corey Jacobson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, policy, and defense. Currently serving as Director of Strategy and Policy at K2 Space Corporation since 2025, Corey is also a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and holds the rank of Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Previously, Corey was Chief of Staff at the Office of Strategic Capital and worked as a Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Space Policy at the Pentagon, overseeing crucial defense policies including space, nuclear capabilities, and counter-terrorism initiatives. Corey has significant legislative experience, having served as Legislative Director and Senior Policy Advisor for Representative Ted Lieu, and as Foreign Policy Legislative Assistant for Representative Henry Waxman. Corey's educational background includes a Master of Science in Global Politics from The London School of Economics, and Joint Professional Military Education from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
