Doug Halsey

Doug Halsey joined the Council in 2015. As Chief Digital Officer, he manages the digital editorial, design, product, multi-media and engineering teams. Previously at A&E Television Networks, he ran the A&E and HISTORY websites, developed a variety of award-winning interactives and videos and managed the redesign of HISTORY.com. At CFR, Doug directed CFR.org’s redesign and he and his team continue to produce award-winning content.
