Adam Shapley is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in technology and investment services, currently serving at COUNTRY Financial® since April 2019. In this role, Adam has successfully collaborated with various stakeholders to develop a master project plan for core trust management solutions, overseeing scope, budget, and timeline. With prior experience at State Farm® spanning nearly two decades, Adam has held leadership positions in bank technology program management, process ownership, and agile project management, effectively guiding teams and optimizing processes within the banking sector. Adam is also a co-founder of Flingers Pizza, where entrepreneurial efforts led to significant business growth. Adam holds a BA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
