Mason Brakebill is currently serving as a Technology Supervisor in Personal Lines Solution Delivery at COUNTRY Financial® since September 2025. Mason has extensive experience in the United States Air Force as a Supply Chain Analyst from February 2013 to the present. Prior to this, Mason held multiple roles at Pearl Insurance, a subsidiary of One80 Intermediaries, including IT Services Manager, IT Services Supervisor, and IT Services Team Lead from August 2021 to January 2026. Mason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield (2017-2019) and an Associate's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Community College of the Air Force (2015-2017). Additionally, Mason has attended Illinois Central College (2015-2017).
