Lisa Charles-Jones

Lisa Charles-Jones is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Countrywide. Lisa has held this position since June 2019.

Prior to their current role, Lisa served as a Non Executive Director at the Bernicia Group from January 2017 to July 2019. At Bernicia, Lisa helped oversee a social landlord portfolio with a turnover of £75 million and an operating surplus of £20 million per year. The company was responsible for managing homes and providing estate and facilities management for over 50,000 customers across the North East of England.

Lisa has also served as a Non Executive Director at Countrywide Plc from June 2019 to March 2021. Countrywide is the largest property group in the United Kingdom, employing over 10,000 people across 850+ estate agency or lettings offices. Lisa has played an important role in helping Countrywide navigate through challenging times in the UK property market.

Lisa Charles-Jones has a Master of Business Administration from Durham University Business School and a MA in Human Resources Management from Northumbria University.
