Natalie Ceeney Cbe

Natalie Ceeney CBE is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Countrywide. Natalie was previously the Senior Independent Director/ Chair Remuneration Committee at Countrywide Plc from April 2017 to March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Standards, UK at HSBC from February 2014 to January 2015. Natalie has also held the position of Chief Executive and Chief Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service from March 2010 to December 2013. Natalie has also served as the Chief Executive at the National Archives from October 2005 to March 2010.

Natalie Ceeney Cbe was educated at the University of Cambridge, where they studied Maths and Politics. Natalie then went on to study Information science at UCL as a Visiting Professor. Natalie also studied at Forest school in Walthamstow.
