Maggie Earle

Maggie (Fenn) Earle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and contract management within public service, currently serving as Chief of Departmental Operations and Chief of Agency Operations at the County of San Diego since March 2012. In these roles, Maggie directs administrative and fiscal activities for the Office of Equitable Communities, overseeing a team responsible for a portfolio of over 20 contracts aimed at promoting economic inclusion and reducing poverty. Previously, Maggie held positions such as Human Services Program Manager and Administrative Analyst with responsibilities that included managing programs for economically disadvantaged populations, specifically refugees. Prior experience includes working as a Lead Program Specialist at the San Diego Workforce Partnership and serving in development roles at San Diego State University.
