Deandra Lee

Deandra Lee is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in health equity and community planning. Currently serving as a Senior Community Health Planner for the County of San Mateo, Deandra has led initiatives focused on equitable governance practices, developed strategic communications, and supported stakeholder forums aimed at advancing racial health equity. Previous roles include working as a student intern at GESMujer, where Deandra engaged with grassroots organizers and conducted research on gender equity, and as a Data Assistant at the University of California, San Francisco, contributing to data management efforts. Deandra holds a Master of Science in Global Health Sciences from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior/ Chicano Studies from the University of California, Davis.
