Mark Riggs is the current Chief Customer Officer at Coupa Software. Mark has over two decades of experience in customer success, operations, and go-to-market functions. Prior to joining Coupa, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at Welcome, a cloud-based chat and SMS solution for brands and retailers. During their time at Welcome, Mark raised $16M in funding and grew the company team from 10 to 46 employees. Mark also created the sales team which acquired 60 clients, including AT&T, Garmin, Google, HP, LG, Samsung, Verizon, and Walmart. In addition, they formalized the services team comprised of Agent Services, Client Success, Consumer Intelligence, and Support.

Prior to Welcome, Mark served as the Chief Customer Officer & General Manager at Bazaarvoice from 2010 to 2014. In this role, they were responsible for driving customer success and growth. Mark also served as the SVP, World-Wide Customer Success at Endeca Technologies from 2006 to 2010 and as the Vice President Of Global Services at Business Objects from 2001 to 2006.

Mark Riggs attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for their undergraduate degree and then went on to Northern Arizona University for their graduate degree.
