Timothy Juergensen, Vice President of Human Resources brings to this position 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development and Talent Management. He is collaborative and energetic, and his experience includes tenure as an internal senior HR leader for small, large and global organizations as well as an executive consultant for change management.

Tim’s previous experience includes tenure as Vice President, Talent Management and Organizational Development, for WellPath, a public healthcare organization providing medical and behavioral healthcare services to nearly 300,000 vulnerable patients in 37 states and Australia. Tim’s healthcare experience also includes service as the interim Chief Human Resources Office at Columbus Regional Health, a 10-county regional system in southeastern Indiana. Prior to this, Tim served as the Global Leader for Talent Management for Cummins Inc., and as Program Manager, Change Management for Eli Lilly & Company.

Tim has numerous certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt, Leadership and Customer Service Certifications from the Disney Leadership Institute, and certifications in the DDI 360 Leadership Mirror and the Predictive Index Assessment Tool. Tim also is a member of the inaugural graduating class of DDI’s Change Management University.
