Jean-Michel Drolet

Jean-Michel Drolet possesses extensive experience in solution architecture and professional services, currently serving as the Director of Solution Architecture at Coveo since February 2013, having progressed through various roles including Solution Architect and Senior Consultant. Prior to Coveo, Jean-Michel held a Software Architect position at CGI from January 2008 to January 2013, where responsibilities included developing detailed software architectures and conducting preliminary analyses. Earlier experience includes analysis and programming at Building Products of Canada, where Jean-Michel developed a quality management system, and a formative internship focused on production calendar management. Jean-Michel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Université Laval and a DEC in Management Informatics from Collège François-Xavier Garneau.
