Shawn Walls

Shawn Walls is a seasoned business professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at Coveo since October 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Sales for eCommerce at mdf commerce from 2020 to 2025, where Shawn contributed to optimizing commercial interactions through SaaS solutions. Earlier roles include Vice President of Sales at k-ecommerce and Senior Director of Sales at 411.ca from 2014 to 2020. Shawn's career began at Bentley & Co LTD, where experiences ranged from Director of Corporate Sales to Senior Account Manager from 2011 to 2014. Academically, Shawn is a graduate of Concordia University with a degree in Business and also holds a degree in Commerce from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
