Melissa Davis

Melissa has more than 20 years’ experience in employee benefits, business strategy and client and program management, and ensures that Covera succeeds in delivering high-value, quantifiable results to its partners. Prior to joining Covera, she served as Executive Director of Benefits for Santander Bank and held multiple leadership roles within Fidelity’s benefits consulting and legal group. Melissa has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh.
