Yoni Scharf

Yoni Scharf has held a variety of roles in the agricultural, water management, and security fields since 1999. Yoni began their career in the Israel Defense Forces - Navy Corps as a Patrol Ship Deputy Commander in 1999. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Service Manager at Catit. Yoni then became the Owner and Manager of Yasharlappe from 2006 to 2010. After that, they were a Senior Security Manager at EL AL Israel Airlines from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they held the roles of General Manager and Sales Manager at OTL Water and Irrigation Technologies Ltd. - China. Finally, they have been the Head of Strategic Accounts and Account Executive at Covver since 2022.

Yoni Scharf attended Beijing Language and Culture University from 2009 to 2010 where they studied Chinese Language. Yoni then attended Tel Aviv University from 2005 to 2008, where they received a B.A. in East Asia and Interdisciplinary Studies.
