Neelam Saini Sircar is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the pastry and culinary sectors. As the Founder of Ornamental Mithai since May 2019, Neelam has led innovative ventures while simultaneously holding significant positions such as Pastry Chef at Speciality Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. and Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. Neelam serves as Senior Manager of Culinary Experience at CoWrks and General Manager at Theobroma Food Pvt Ltd. Previous roles include consulting as a Pastry Chef for Ambujaneotia and serving in key pre-opening positions at prestigious establishments like Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata and The Leela Palace, Chennai. Neelam began the culinary journey at The Oberoi, New Delhi, and holds a degree from OCLD in Culinary Arts.
