Mona Kilcoyne

Mona Kilcoyne is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the hospitality and communications industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner Manager at Cox Communications since March 2013, Mona has spearheaded employee engagement and diversity initiatives. As the founder and consultant for an HR Director Employee Relations Benefits firm since September 2012, Mona specializes in developing policies and training programs. Previous roles include management positions at Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino, Hilton Hartford Hotel, and Foxwoods Resort and Casino, where responsibilities spanned operational oversight, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
