Allyson P. Stavis

Allyson P. Stavis is an accomplished associate attorney with a focus on commercial and residential real estate disputes. Currently serving at Cozen O'Connor since July 2024 and previously at Armstrong Teasdale from August 2022 to July 2024, Stavis specializes in litigation involving sponsor/developer compliance with offering plans and represents clients in both trial and appellate proceedings against noncompliant tenants. Additional expertise includes providing legal counsel to boards of managers of condominiums and boards of directors of cooperatives. Stavis obtained a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School (2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2012).
