Damian Percy FIEAust CPEng NER is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Construction Director at CPB Contractors since October 2015, Damian oversees the $15 billion North East Link Project, and has previously held significant roles including Project Director for major infrastructure projects such as the Mackay Northern Access Road Upgrade and the Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Upgrade. Prior to CPB, Damian was a Senior Project Manager at Thiess Pty Ltd, managing the civil works for the $700 million Moreton Bay Rail Link Project, and previously worked as a Senior Project Engineer at John Holland. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from Swinburne University of Technology and a program at Harvard Business School.
