Justin Gray

Justin Gray is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within the construction and energy sectors. Currently serving as Construction Director and previously as Construction Manager at CPB Contractors since September 2018, Justin has overseen projects such as the extension of Roe Highway. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Senior Construction Manager at Thiess/Mach Energy, where responsibilities included managing a medium-sized construction team for a thermal coal deposit project with strict environmental compliance. Additional roles include Construction Manager at Thiess/EVT JV, where Justin managed the engineering, procurement, and construction of LNG storage tanks, and General Construction Superintendent at Thiess, focusing on Central Processing Plants in Queensland.
