Bob Trejo

Managing Director at CRA

Bob Trejo leverages three decades of experience with global teams in the energy and financial sectors to help clients build and forge a team of leaders. He coaches clients on how to develop long-term relationships and harness their communication skills to lead their teams.

Prior to joining CRA, Bob worked at JPMorgan Chase where he led a global team to ensure best-in-class standards and controls across the bank’s physical portfolios in energy and metals. Earlier in his career, Bob’s focus was in the electric power industry, leading off with a decade in commercial nuclear power plant operations, and later transitioning to the nascent energy trading market. Bob built and led energy trading teams at Exelon, PP&L, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase, and was instrumental in many of these firms’ entries into power markets throughout the US, Canada, Latin America, and Europe.

Bob received his B.S. in nuclear engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Raised in Mexico City, Bob has three adult children and lives with his wife in suburban Philadelphia. His interests include foreign languages and travel, cooking, cycling, and backpacking. He is passionate about developing young leaders through the Scouting movement and currently leads a large Scout troop in his community.
