Matt Coyne

Matt advises organizations and leaders on using communication to drive strategy and improve business outcomes.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Matt worked in management consulting and most recently served for four years as Chief Results Officer at the Illinois Department of Human Services. In that role, Matt worked with leadership to define strategy and worked with division and unit leaders across the state to promote strategy adoption and execution by frontline staff.

Matt graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame and lives in the Chicago area with his family. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys cooking, reading widely, and supporting local restaurants and music venues.
