Teresa Wallace

Teresa Wallace advises senior and emerging leaders from Fortune 500 companies focusing on a wide range of topics including leadership style, team engagement, building relationships, and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to joining CRA, Teresa spent 20+ years working in leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational development. She has successfully led coaching engagements in multiple industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Utilities, Healthcare, and Government across the U.S, Europe, and Asia. She recently returned to the U.S. following the successful completion of a 3-year expatriate coaching assignment in Saudi Arabia.

Teresa is a certified Talent Development Professional and Certified Professional Coach. She holds a BS in Marketing Communications from Mary Baldwin College, and a Master’s in International Business from the University of Maryland, University College. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in the University of Pennsylvania’s Chief Learning Officer Ed.D program. Teresa also served as a member of the US Army Active Duty and an Army Reserve Veteran.
