Doug Couvillion

Doug Couvillion was named Senior Vice President for Cracker Barrel in November 2016 and has served as interim Chief Financial Officer since January 2021. In his role as interim CFO, he is responsible for providing leadership for the company’s strategic financial management including oversight of the finance, accounting, investor relations and internal audit functions. Mr. Couvillion is also responsible for the company’s sourcing and supply chain functions including the sourcing of food, equipment and supplies. In addition, he oversees real estate, construction, and facilities.

Mr. Couvillion, with more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant and retail industries, joined Cracker Barrel in January 2001 as Vice President of Finance. He has since held roles as Vice President, Corporate Controller & Principal Accounting Officer, and Vice President of Supply Chain and Quality Assurance.

Prior to joining Cracker Barrel, he previously held positions at Landry's Restaurants and Deloitte.

Mr. Couvillion holds a finance degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA.
