Burke Roane

Burke Roane is an accomplished animation professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Global Head of Animation at Crafty Apes since January 2019, Burke previously held key positions including Animation Supervisor at Sony Pictures Imageworks and Lead Character Animator at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Additional experience includes roles as Character Animator at both Walt Disney Animation Studios and Blue Sky Studios, as well as Animation Supervisor and Lead Animator at Rhythm & Hues. Burke began the career as a Lead Animator at Luma Pictures after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Animation from Savannah College of Art and Design and studying at The University of Georgia.
