Michael Casciato started their work experience as a Graduate Assistant at Xavier University in 2008 and 2009, where they worked in Peace & Justice Programs and Campus Ministry, respectively. Michael then served as an Adjunct Youth Minister at Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford from September 2011 to May 2012.
Following that, Michael worked as the Coordinator of Campus Ministry at Mount St. Joseph University from August 2012 to May 2016. In this role, they supervised a student leadership team and facilitated retreats for students.
Since 2017, Michael has been working at CRaKN, initially as a Software Developer and currently as a Senior Software Engineer. At CRaKN, they designed new features, deciphered legacy client data, and maintained existing features.
Michael Casciato has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theology from Xavier University. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Theology also at Xavier University. In 2016, they attended Flatiron School and earned a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.
