Henrik Norrbom

Managing Director, Cramo AB at Cramo Group

Norrbom has been with the Cramo Group since August of 2019, where they are currently the Executive Vice President of Scandinavia. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Skanova from October 2015 to August 2019. Skanova is a TeliaCompany-owned company that manages Sweden's largest network, which is available to all telecom operators. Norrbom was also responsible for P&L with a yearly turnover of 7 billion SEK and was a member of Telia's executive management team.

From September 2013 to October 2015, Norrbom was the Vice President and Head of Networks for Telia Company. Henrik was also acting CTO during this time. Before Telia Company, Norrbom worked as the COO and Sales Director for Eltel Networks from February 2005 to September 2013.

Norrbom's career began in January 1999 when they became a Kapten for Försvarsmakten, a Swedish Armed Forces unit. Henrik held this position until December 2005.

Henrik Norrbom has a diploma in business finance from IHM Business School, and they are also a kapten from the Military Academy Karlberg and a naval officer from the Naval Academy.

They are on a team with Ville Halttunen - CFO, Sohana Josefsson - SVP, Marketing and Communications, and Tatu Hauhio - Executive Vice President, Finland and Eastern Europe. Their manager is Martin Holmgren, President and CEO.
