Cecilia Hermansson is a Board Member at [Creades](/org/creades-ab). Cecilia began their career as a Marketing and Sales representative at EF Foundation.

Cecilia Hermansson has a Ph.D. in Banking and Finance from Kungliga tekniska högskolan, a Master in Economics and Business Administration with a focus in Economics from Handelshögskolan i Stockholm, and has completed MBA courses at Fundação Getulio Vargas. Cecilia also has a degree in Portugese and Latin American studies from Stockholms universitet. Cecilia Hermansson's high school career began at Vilunda Gymnasium where they studied Natural Science before graduating from North Branch High School in Minnesota, USA. Cecilia then went on to study Natural Science at Rudbecksskolan.

Christina Hilmersson has been working in the financial industry for over 20 years. Christina started their career as an accountant and later became a financial manager. In 2010, they started their own management consulting company. Christina has also worked as a CFO at [Creades](/org/creades-ab) since 2017.

John Hedberg is the current CEO of [Creades](/org/creades-ab). Prior to this, they were with Instabox AB, StickerApp Sweden AB, and Stabelo Group AB. John has also been a member of the board for Avanza Bank, Lindab, and Acne Studios AB.

John Hedberg has a Bachelor's degree from the [Stockholm School of Economics](/org/stockholm-school-of-economics), a Master's degree from NYU Stern School of Business, and a PhD from TVA.
