Pam Rodriguez

Pam Rodriguez has extensive experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, highlighted by a significant tenure at Creative Financial Staffing from September 2007 to December 2014, where Pam held the position of Senior Managing Division Director. In this role, Pam specialized in assisting hiring managers with temporary, project, and full-time staffing needs. Prior to this, Pam worked at Randstad, serving in various roles including Director of Executive Recruiting & Team Lead, Executive Recruiter, Director of Staffing, and Staffing Manager from August 2005 to September 2007. Earlier experience includes a recruiting position at Spherion from September 2004 to August 2005. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Houston, obtained between January 1999 and January 2004.
