Hatem DALY has extensive experience in quantitative research and software development within the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of XVACCR Quantitative Research Architecture at Crédit Agricole CIB since November 2015. Responsibilities include managing a team of IT Quants focused on developing front office computational libraries and tools using C++ and Python. Past roles encompass leading technical initiatives for C++ library design in XVA trading at both Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale, along with software engineering positions at Thomson Reuters and various firms in embedded systems and algorithm design, such as PSA Peugeot Citroën and Philips. Hatem holds a Master’s Degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Pierre and Marie Curie University and Télécom Paris, along with an Engineer's degree from the National School of Computer Science (Tunis).
