Randy Conte

Randy Conte is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cresset Asset Management. In his role, Randy oversees all client service, technology and operations, information and systems technology, HR, trading, and reporting.

Randy has extensive experience with both large and small financial services organizations and has proven abilities in strategy development and implementation, organizational design, and process improvement. He is customer-focused with strong team-building, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Prior to Cresset, Randy was President of Parkway Bank and Trust and Parkway Bancorp, a $2.7 billion[1] community bank headquartered in Harwood Heights, Illinois, focused on commercial real estate lending. Previous to that role he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of MB Financial Bank, a $20 billion[2] publicly traded commercial bank that was headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, prior to being acquired by Fifth Third. Randy served as the co-head of all acquisition integration efforts for MB Financial Bank.

Randy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
