Shane Hutchison

Shane Hutchison is a seasoned professional in the audio-visual industry with extensive experience in technical roles. Currently serving as Technical Director at Crestron Electronics since November 2019, Shane has previously held positions including Technical Support at Crestron NZ Ltd, Audio Visual Solutions Architect at Evidence Technology, and Senior Audio Visual Systems Designer at Automation Associates Limited. During the latter role, Shane was instrumental in developing the design department, training junior staff, managing budgets, and conducting assessments of new technology. Earlier career experiences include positions as Senior Technician at The Audiophile Ltd and Technician at Newtek Ltd. Shane holds a NZCE in Electrotechnology, Electronics, and Programming from Auckland University of Technology, complemented by prior education at Kapaira College.
