Monica Robinson

Monica Robinson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and people operations. Currently serving as Vice President at Crexi since August 2025, Monica previously held leadership positions at Cognosante as Vice President and Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations, and at Perspecta and Vencore Inc. as Director of Benefits and HR Shared Services. From July 2012 to September 2014, Monica was an HR Shared Services Manager at SI Organization, and prior to that, held various roles, including Human Resources Manager at L-3 Communications, managing HR operations for over 1,000 employees. Monica holds a BA in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from George Mason University.
