Brenda Cirincione

Brenda Cirincione is an accomplished professional in the field of clinical pharmacology and translational development, currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology and Translational Development at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals since August 2025. Prior to this role, Brenda held the position of Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology and Head of DMPK, BA, Clinical and Quantitative Pharmacology at Neumora from September 2024 to August 2025. Brenda's extensive experience at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from February 2018 to September 2024 included roles such as VP, Clinical and Quantitative Pharmacology, and Executive Director overseeing both Modeling and Simulations as well as the Departments of Clinical Pharmacology. Earlier career milestones include serving as Group Director of Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Director of Quantitative Pharmacology and ADME, Pharmacometrics at Amylin Pharmaceuticals. Brenda holds a Master of Arts in Statistics from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo.
