Katarina Waern

Katarina Waern is a seasoned producer with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Producer at Criterion Games since May 2023. Previously, as a Senior Producer at Improbable from December 2019 to May 2023, Katarina built large-scale games and social events. Earlier roles at DICE involved significant contributions to the Battlefield and Battlefront franchises, where the focus included leading initiatives on player journey and game economy. Katarina also has experience as the CEO of Stellar Capacity, specializing in professional language and culture courses, and as a Project Manager at Community Business, working on CSR strategies. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Beijing Foreign Studies University and coursework in Chinese Language and culture from Beijing Language and Culture University and Stockholm University.
