Ian Travis

Ian Travis has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and business development fields. Ian began their career in 1989 as a Development Engineer at BH-F Engineering. Ian then moved to BOC in 1993, where they held the roles of Product Development Manager, Process Plants and Project Manager, Glass Technology. In 2001, they moved to BOC Edwards as Manager, Proposals & Business Development. From 2005 to 2014, they were with The Linde Group, where they held the roles of Head of Product Management, Electronics Equipment & Systems, General Manager, Fluorine, and Commercial Manager, Linde Electronic Materials. In 2013, they worked as an independent Project Development consultant, providing margin-improving project planning, scope and cost management support for turnkey project proposal development. From 2014 to 2016, they were Operations Manager, NEHP World Wide at NEHP Inc. Ian then moved to Critical Process Systems Group in 2016 as Director Quality Assurance. Ian is currently Director, Gas and OEM Business at Diversified Fluid Solutions, a position they have held since 2018.

Ian Travis attended the University of Bristol from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering. Ian also received Project Management training from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Training and Development. Prior to this, they attended Wallingford School.
