SVP, Customer Operations at Critical Start

Bill Thrash is the VP of Customer Success at Critical Start. Bill has over 20 years of experience in customer success, GTM strategy, and partner management. Prior to joining Critical Start, Bill was the GTM Executive for Cyber Security/Cloud Services at Radware. In this role, they were responsible for leading Go To Market activities for Cloud, Cyber Security, and Application Delivery for the Americas team. Bill has also held the position of Director of Customer Success at Armor Defense Inc., where they were responsible for overall satisfaction and revenue growth with Armor’s global customer base. During their time at Armor Defense Inc., Bill led a team of technical account managers, sales account managers, customer success managers, and onboarding project managers. Bill has also served on several internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Security, Customer Support, and Sales Engineering.

Bill Thrash attended Central Michigan University where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Bill also holds certification from CSME in ITIL Foundation - IT Service Management v3.
