Dan Hart

Dan Hart is the EVP, Chief Legal & Risk Officer at Crocs. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the legal field. Dan has previously worked as the SVP General Counsel & Human Resources for Invensys, Oce North America, and Dictaphone Corporation. Dan began their career as an Associate for a private practice before becoming the Associate General Counsel for Brooke Group Ltd.

Dan Hart attended The American School of Paris for high school. Dan then went on to Tufts University where they studied French and International Relations and received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.). After that, they attended New York University School of Law and received their j.d. in law.

They work with Lori Foglia - SVP, Chief Product & Merchandising Officer, Michelle Poole - President, and Michael Feliton - SVP, CIO. Dan Hart reports to Andrew Rees, CEO & Director.
