Bénédicte Meneux

Bénédicte Meneux has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Cromology since October 2017, overseeing talent acquisition and supporting various business functions. Previously, Bénédicte held similar HR leadership roles at Ecolab Pest France, focusing on alignment with operational management and enhancing local HR support. From 2000 to 2009, Bénédicte was responsible for HR operations at ELIS, where significant contributions included restoring HR leadership and overseeing personnel management. Earlier experience includes providing legal advice as a Juriste en Droit Social at FIDAL and ELIS, supporting operational management with legal compliance and workplace relations. Bénédicte holds advanced degrees in law from Université de Rennes I and Université de Bordeaux, as well as a background in political science from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
