Edouard Blanchot

Edouard Blanchot is an experienced professional in transformation and management, currently serving as Directeur de la transformation at Cromology since March 2024. Previously, Edouard held the position of Head of Transformation at EUROAPI and Directeur de la transformation at Picard Surgelés. Edouard's expertise spans supply chain management, commercial policy, and service operations, with a strong focus on implementing methodologies such as Agile, OKR, SaFE, and Lean Management. Prior experiences include a managerial role at Capgemini Invent in the Telecom, Media & Technology Practice and freelance consulting. Edouard holds a Grande Ecole degree from ESSEC Business School and an IEP degree from Sciences Po Lille.
