Stéphane Ake

Stéphane AKE has extensive experience in IT support and consultancy, currently serving as Team Leader of the IT Service Desk at Cronos Europa since January 2016. Prior roles at the European Commission include IT Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT support for conference rooms, administrating the CASE@EC framework, and handling incident resolution. Earlier positions included Mobile Desk Advisor at WBCC, providing technical and administrative support, and various roles at iKanbi and Proximus focused on customer service and technical solutions related to telecommunications. AKE holds two bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Networks and Telecommunications from the Institut Technique Superieur Cardinal Mercier and is pursuing further education at the Institut de Technologie de la Ville de Liège.
