Karen Schenone

Karen Schenone is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry, currently serving as General Manager at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since January 2024. Previously, Karen held the position of General Manager and Owner at Diversified Capital Funding from January 1997 to February 2024, during which time the company expanded its footprint with branch locations in Carmel, Campbell, San Jose, and La Quinta, CA. Additionally, Karen briefly served as Branch Manager at Diversified Capital Funding in May 2014, marking the company's integration into the American Pacific Mortgage team. Karen is an alumnus of California State University, Chico.
