William Chang

William Chang is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Chief Capital Markets Officer at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since October 2024. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at PENNYMAC, where Chang held the positions of Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, and Senior Managing Director and Deputy Chief Investment Officer from September 2012 to October 2024. At Credit Suisse from July 1999 to September 2012, Chang was a Director in Mergers & Acquisitions, advising on over $100 billion in transactions and engaging with C-level executives. William Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Williams College and attended Phillips Exeter Academy.
