Neil Pumphrey

Neil Pumphrey is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement across various organizations. Currently serving as the IT Planning, Delivery & Improvement Manager at CrossCountry Trains since January 2024, Neil previously held similar roles at Arriva Group, where responsibilities included managing a team of Change Managers and overseeing the IT Enabled Business Change Programme.
