Nawshi Williams has over 30 years of work experience in a variety of roles and companies. Nawshi began their career at SymphonyIRI Group and Information Resources, Inc., where they worked in various positions for eight years. Nawshi then joined The Clorox Company as a Senior Sales Analyst and later became an Area Sales Manager. After that, they worked at Motts, a Division of Cadbury Schweppes, as a Business Development Manager, leading a team and driving category advisorships. Nawshi then transitioned to Dr Pepper Snapple Group, where they held roles as a Director of Category Management for National Accounts and Independent Bottler/Distributor Systems. At SymphonyIRI Group, they worked as a Consultant, leading the client insight relationship with PepsiCo's Global Insights team. Nawshi also served as the Walmart Customer Advantage Sales/Insights Lead, consulting and developing a joint business planning process for Walmart and its suppliers. At Advanced Beauty, Inc., they were a National Sales Executive and Director of Shopper Insights and Category Management. Nawshi then joined Pharmavite as a Customer Marketing and Customer Development Manager for Walmart and Drug Channel. Most recently, they worked at CROSSMARK as the Senior Director of Business Insights and Vice President of Insights and Analytics.

Nawshi Williams has a degree in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business, earning both an MBA and a BBA.
