Erin Provagna

Erin Provagna is an experienced professional in health care management and program administration, currently serving as an Associate Principal and Program Manager at Crossover Health since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Performance Improvement Consultant 2, Access Center Manager, and Administrative Fellow at Rush University Medical Center from July 2020 to April 2023. Erin also worked as a Program Assistant at the Region V Public Health Training Center from October 2018 to June 2020 and completed an Administrative Internship at UChicago Medicine in women's and children's services during the summer of 2019. Erin holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan.
