Adam Mason, MS, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Adam has held various roles in different companies, including Crowley, Ferguson Enterprises, RS&H, CSX, Windwalker Corporation, Star & Shield Insurance Exchange, Eclipse Marketing, and The Southwestern Company. 

At Crowley, Adam currently serves as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ferguson Enterprises, where they led HR initiatives for a large business unit. Adam also served as an HR Business Partner, collaborating with senior leadership to develop HR strategies and encourage diversity and inclusion.
