Kateryna McKinnon

Kateryna McKinnon is an accomplished professional in the offshore wind sector with extensive experience in economic development and project management. Currently serving as the Offshore Wind Development Manager at Crown Estate Scotland since February 2022, McKinnon previously held several roles at Highlands and Islands Enterprise from May 2008 to January 2022, including European Manager for the Northern Periphery and Arctic Regional Contact Point, Offshore Wind Supply Chain Developer Engagement, and Senior Economist. Additionally, McKinnon worked briefly as an EMR Supply Chain Plans Assessor at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills in 2014 and as a Customer Representative at Nationwide Building Society. McKinnon holds a Master's Degree in Economic Theory from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics and has credentials from the Association of Project Management.
