Joe Richardson

Joe Richardson is currently the Head of Project Management at Crown Estate. Joe has previously worked as the Head of Mixed Use Projects at Tesco Stores Limited/Spenhill and as a Project Director at Aviva Investors. Joe has also worked as a Management Consultant at PA Consulting Group. Joe has been involved in leading market-leading developments and refurbishments across the UK in a variety of sectors, including the £50M HQ redevelopment in Lombard Street, The City of London, the £150M Southgate Shopping Center redevelopment in Bath, and the £50M Edinburgh City Council HQ building in Waverley Basin, Edinburgh.

Joe Richardson has a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from London South Bank University, and they also went to Christ's College in Finchley.
